BURNESS PAULL required a new identity and marketing material to promote internal employee networks and events to its staff.
Developing an identity for the LGBT+ network, BeProud was central to this project, giving it its own branding solidified its importance to the culture at the firm. In addition, I developed a new illustration style to use across posters and promotional material to promote network events.
The new illustration style aims to engage employees in events and services targeted at them and to increase overall involvement. The clean, flat, cartoon-like illustration style, incorporating the HR colour palette, was intended to inject a human quality to the designs and inspire a connection with the viewer.
